Effective 2026-09-25 · ENTR

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website entr.kr (the “Site”) operated by ENTR (the “Company”), as well as the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Nature of the Site)

The Site introduces the activities of the Company and its representative and serves as a channel for receiving inquiries about collaboration, advisory, speaking, and consulting. The Site itself does not sell products or services or accept payments.

Submitting an inquiry does not constitute an offer or acceptance of a contract. Specific contract terms are determined through separate discussion and an individual contract.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Site.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws, and will give notice on the Site at least seven (7) days before the effective date of any amendment.
  3. For amendments that are unfavorable to users, notice will be given at least thirty (30) days in advance.

Article 4 (Obligations of Users)

When using the Site, users must not engage in the following acts.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All rights to works posted on the Site, including text, images, design, and composition, belong to the Company or the rightful owner. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, or commercially use them without the Company’s prior written consent.

Achievements, figures, and history shown on the Site are provided for introductory purposes and do not constitute any separate warranty or contractual commitment.

Article 6 (Suspension of Service)

The Company may temporarily suspend the Site in unavoidable circumstances such as system maintenance, equipment failure, communication outages, or natural disasters. In such cases, the Company will give notice in advance, or afterward if advance notice is not possible.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, equivalent force majeure events, or reasons attributable to the user.
  2. Information posted on the Site is provided for general introductory purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice on any specific matter. The Company is not responsible for the results of decisions users make based on it.
  3. Responsibility for external websites linked from the Site rests with the operators of those websites.

Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company protects users’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws; details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises in connection with the use of the Site, the Company and the user will seek to resolve it through good-faith consultation. If consultation fails, the matter may be brought before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
